The Governor of Osun state, His Excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke has mourned the passage of his sister’s husband Alhaji Tohir Aderemi Sanni who died at 74 years.
The condolence of the governor was contained in a release by the state commissioner for information, Kolapo Alimi.
Alhaji Tohir Aderemi Sanni, until his death was the Patriarch of Sanni family, and the husband of Mrs Dupe Adeleke Sanni who is an elder sister of Osun State Governor.
Governor Adeleke commiserates with his sister, Mrs Adeleke Sanni and the entire Sanni family over the loss “of such a dear nice, kind and easy going father figure.”
Governor Ademola Adeleke acknowledged the contributions of the 74 year old late Alhaji Sanni, particularly his exemplary life style as a good father, great and grand father, who did a lot for the growth and development of Islam and humanity in general.
He prayed Allah to grant him Aljanbah Firdaus just as he urged the family he left behind to take solace in the fact that he lived a good life.
Burial takes place this evening at Challenge area, Ibadan by 4:00 pm
